The system records all conversations between the client and the dispatcher. Access to the records of conversations is presented in the form of a table: one line for each conversation. Calls to the client during automatic call back are not recorded.
In order to listen to a particular call, click on the button, you can also download the recording file by pressing the button. During playback you can rewind the recording to the desired moment using the playback control panel (located in the upper right corner of the page).
For the convenience of the dispatcher, you can define phone numbers that can be called in a couple of clicks.
This phone book is displayed in the dispatcher panel, and to call the dispatcher just click on the line to call. Each contact is signed.
Starting with version 6.0, the ability to edit this book is now also available for the dispatchers themselves (only in the web control room).
The system provides the ability to mark or completely filter calls from certain numbers. Such calls are marked with a special notification, which will indicate that the number is blocked, as well as the reason for blocking.
If you put a checkmark Ignore
when adding an entry, the call will not reach the dispatcher and will be dropped immediately after entering the system.
