Sometimes there are situations when a driver has a disagreement with a particular passenger. In this case, you can add the passenger to the personal blacklist of the driver. After that the driver will stop seeing and receiving orders of such passengers.
The personal blacklist is managed in driver card.
In addition, you can add a customer to the blacklist directly from the order tab. Button to add to the blacklist is next to the passenger's phone field in the order card with the assigned driver and client.
