In order for the dispatcher to become active, it is necessary to register him/her.
The "Dispatchers" tab is used for this purpose. This is the management interface for adding and changing information about the dispatchers working in the company.
To add a dispatcher account, click "Add New Dispatcher".
In the form, you must enter the initials, the service where the dispatcher will be active, and assign a unique login and password to it.
Make sure that the box "Active " is checked, otherwise the dispatcher will not be able to access the system.
Selecting a service does not mean that the dispatcher will only be able to accept orders for a certain service, it serves to simplify authorization in the dispatcher panel:
If you select a service when authorizing in the dispatch panel, only one service's accounts will be available to choose from.
Once authorized, the dispatcher can select any service to work, or work in "All Services" mode.
The dispatcher can be limited by city, service, order queues and incoming lines. To do this, you need to fill in the list of restrictions available to dispatchers in the dispatcher profile (to see the restrictions - click on "Show additional fields" in the form of editing the dispatcher profile.
In addition to the form for adding a new one, this tab displays all previously added dispatchers.
By selecting a line and ticking it to the right, you can "Remove", "Activate", "Deactivate"dispatchers.
All dismissed/deleted dispatchers are stored in the archive. You can view it by selecting the appropriate section.
