When creating an advanced order, the time at which the client expects the cab to arrive is specified. Immediately after creation such order has the status "Preliminary" and is displayed in the driver's terminal in a separate list of preorders, and in the control room is highlighted visually by color and status (if the preorders are not hidden):
The order retains this status until it is picked up by one of the drivers.
The setting specifies the time remaining before the expected time of cab arrival. When this time is reached, if the order is not assigned to a driver, it will move to the "Free" status.
It is not possible to manually change the pre-booking to free.
Advanced orders the driver can see in the terminal on the button:
The list of displayed pre-orders is divided into a list of those assigned to the driver and a list of available pre-orders.
The current setting restricts the ability to view a list of pre-orders available for pickup. That is, not assigned to any driver.
At the same time, the driver will be able to see those orders that are assigned to him by the dispatcher.
Another way to limit drivers' ability to select preorders on their own.
Unlike the "Do not allow to view preliminary orders" setting, if the current setting is active, the driver will see the list of available orders for picking, but will not be able to fix it for himself through the terminal. To secure an order, the driver will need to contact the dispatcher.
The time interval before the time of the order, is indicated in minutes. In this interval, the driver will be able to indicate that he/she has arrived to the client (in the driver's terminal press "In place"). Then the status of the order becomes "Waiting for the client", and the client will be notified that the driver has arrived.
If the driver tries to indicate that he has arrived at the pick-up location before the set interval, the server will not respond to this attempt. The driver will be shown a message indicating the number of minutes to the order:
If there is no need for the restriction, enter 0. Then the arrival time of the driver on the advanced orders will not be limited.
The active setting allows drivers to take multiple pre-orders. You can limit the number of pre-orders that one driver can take at the same time in the "Maximum number of orders allowed per driver" setting.
To ensure that the taken orders do not overlap with each other in time, you must set a minimum interval between orders in the "Minimum interval between orders in minutes" setting.
If the current setting is off, the driver will not be able to take more than one pre-order.
Important if the "Allow multiple pre-orders" setting is enabled.
To prevent the driver from taking multiple advanced orders that overlap in time, you can set a minimum interval between orders. The driver will not be able to take an advance order if the interval between him and the already taken order is less than the interval set in the setting. If he tries to do it, he will get a warning message.
If the restriction is not necessary, enter 0.
Important, if the "Allow multiple advanced orders" setting is enabled.
When a driver takes a advanced order, it is assigned to him. The setting is designed to limit the number of active orders assigned to the driver. If you try to take more than the number specified in the setting, the driver will receive an error.
If the restriction is not necessary, specify 0.
