Promised payment allows the driver to continue working even if the balance is insufficient, and the money to be paid later. The amount specified by the driver will be credited to the account, after the time of taking the promised payment has expired - the amount will be deducted.
The Promised payment dialog in the driver's terminal looks like this (menu "Advanced" on the main screen -> "Promised payment"):

Closing a promised payment occurs when the amount of money that is equal to or exceeds the amount of the promised payment taken by the driver is credited to the driver's account. Additionally, you can set up penalties for late payment, commission for using promises.
If driver bonuses are enabled, you can also set up charging or deducting bonuses for taking promised payments (see server settings in admin panel, section "Driver bonuses").
Include an option for drivers to take advantage of a promised payment.
The maximum amount that the driver can take as a promised payment.
The driver will be able to specify any amount less than the amount specified in this setting. If he will specify more, the message about the maximum amount of the promised payment will be displayed.
Consider the "Include Penalties" and "Include Fees" settings, which can affect the possibility of taking repeated payments and the final cost of the driver's debt.
The maximum duration of a promised payment. The value is shown in hours.
At the end of the specified time, the amount taken will be deducted from the driver's account. The driver can specify a value less than or equal to the current setting when he/she takes a payment.
Consider the "Include fines" and "Include commission" settings that can affect the possibility of taking repeated payments and the final cost of the driver's debt.
A driver is considered delinquent if no amount equal to or greater than the amount of the promised payment has been received by the account from the time the pledge was taken until the end of the pledge.
I.e. if the driver didn't contribute money after taking a promised payment, or contributed less than he took, then, with the setting enabled, after the expiration of the promised payment, the driver will be penalized. The penalty is the inability to repeatedly take a promised payment, according to the "Duration of the penalty" setting.
If the current setting is off, the driver in this situation will simply be charged the amount of the promised payment (even in deficit). And he will be able to take the promised payment again.
The setting sets the length of the penalty applied to the driver if he or she is overdue on a promised payment (does not return it within the time period specified when taking it). The setting sets the number of days during which the driver will not be able to take the promised payments again. The penalty time starts to run from the moment when the unreturned promised payment ended.
A value of 0 will permanently restrict drivers from taking a promised payment if they are ever overdue.
The setting has no effect without the "Enable fines" setting enabled.
For promised payments, you can set the fee charged on the amount taken. This setting includes this commission.
The amount and order of commission is set in the "Amount of commission", "Percentage", "Per day" settings.
The amount to be added to the promised payment taken by the driver. The amount of commission is included in the debt immediately when the promised payment is taken. I.e., the driver's account will be credited with the fee, and the same amount will be deducted.
The amount of commission will be displayed to the driver on the Promised Payment Takedown screen.
The value of the setting is in monetary units, unless the "Percentage" setting is on. Otherwise, the specified value will be a percentage of the amount borrowed.
The amount of commission is specified in the "Amount of commission" setting. The current setting in the active state indicates that the value of the "Amount of commission" setting is specified in percent.
If the setting is off, the value will be counted in monetary units.
For example, the value of the commission amount is $20.The driver borrows $500
With the "Percentage" setting turned on, the amount owed by the driver will be $600 (500+20%). With the "Percentage" setting turned off, the amount owed by the driver will be 520 p.
If the setting is on, the amount of commission will be multiplied by the number of days for which a voucher is taken (the period is specified by the driver when taking a voucher). In cases when a voucher is taken for less than 24 hours or its duration is not a multiple of a day, the hourly cost is taken into account.
Even if the driver returned the money before the deadline, the amount of commission does not change.
