¶ Description
The referral system will allow your company to attract new clients and encourage regular customers who share the application on the principle of "word of mouth".
⚠️ Pay attention!
- The referral system only adds bonuses.
The bonus trip activation rules depend on the bonus program settings;
- The referral code can only be activated before the first trip has been made. The client must first activate the promotional code (receive bonuses) and only after that use the bonuses through the dispatcher
or through the application;!
Use bonus app - does not provide free rides.
However, upon activation, you can add 100 bonuses and set up a bonus program to use 100 bonuses = 100% discount.
¶ How to setup
In the SKAT Administrator panel -> Settings -> Server settings -> Referral system.
Consider the settings according to the example from the photo
- A regular customer who has completed 5 or more orders receives a unique code, which he distributes among friends and acquaintances who do not have a single order in your company;
- After activating the promotional code, the new client will receive 100 bonuses;
- After the new client has activated the promotional code and made the first trip, 50 bonuses will be credited to the regular client;
- A regular customer can distribute his invite code 10 times. Total 500 bonuses;
- The invite code will never expire, it will be available until it invites a maximum of new customers.
¶ How to use
- A regular customer makes several orders to get a unique invite code;
- A regular client copies a unique invite code, transfers it to a new client and offers to download your application;
- After downloading the application, a new client enters the Promo Codes section, activates a unique invite and receives welcome bonuses;
- A new client completes a new order with bonuses;
- A regular customer receives incentive bonuses for the fact that a New customer used the promo code and made the first trip.
