These time intervals indicate after what time the driver will be able to drive to the starting point of the order. You must specify six possible values, given in minutes.
Displayed in the driver's terminal when the driver takes the order:
and in the control room, when installing a driver to order:
The selected time is transmitted to the client in an SMS message or notification along with the make and number of the car.
The time (in seconds) given to the driver to make a decision to accept or reject orders on taximeter
When an order is received by the driver or when an order is taken from the unassigned list, the waiting timeout countdown begins. During this time, the driver must decide and choose the time of arrival to the destination. You can switch to the map if you need to more accurately determine the location of the client. At this time, the option to cancel the order is also available.
If the driver does not have time to select the arrival time before the time expires, the order is transferred to the next driver in line. The current driver is blocked or moved to the end of the queue (depending on settings).
The setting allows drivers to cancel an order without losing their position in the queue. The number of bounces can be limited by setting "Block after multiple bounces".
If the setting is off, the driver in case of refusal of the order will be blocked for the time specified in the "Blocking time" setting.
If there is no need to block the driver, but you do not want to allow refusal either, you can enable the setting "Move to the end of the queue on refusal", then the driver when refusing will simply move to the end of the queue and continue working.
By default, the driver has the ability to refuse the order until he/she picks it up. To allow to refuse after the pickup time, enable the "Allow to refuse order after pickup" setting in the server settings, in the "Mobile terminals" section.
Limit the number of unpunished refusals of drivers from orders. If the restriction is not necessary, specify 0.
It is relevant if the "Allow to refuse" setting is enabled.
If the number of refusals specified in the setting is exceeded, the driver will be blocked or sent to the end of the queue at each refusal (depends on the value of the setting "Move to the end of the queue at refusal").
The time (in seconds) for which the driver is blocked in case of refusal of the order. During the blocking the driver can not register at the parking lot, does not receive orders, can not take free orders and start the taximeter. The message "You are blocked" is displayed in the driver's terminal when he tries to perform these actions.
After the time specified in the setting the driver will be able to continue working.
If the setting is active, then in the list of unassigned orders in the driver's terminal, the orders will show the destination address. If you only want the driver to see the starting point address, turn the setting off.
Display the order in the unassigned list when the setting is active and inactive:
If the setting is active, the driver's confirmation screen will display the destination address in addition to the starting point address.
When the setting is active, the driver will be sent the client's phone number along with the order, which will allow the driver to contact the client himself if necessary.
Additionally, to allow communication between the driver and the client, you can enable the "Allow to call the client" setting (Server settings -> Mobile terminals). After that, the driver's terminal will have a button for communication with the client available before the taximeter starts.
The settings control the display of the order list in the driver terminals. Enable the settings if you want drivers to see the name of the customer and the service from which the order came.
When searching for a driver to order, the system will select the driver closest to the starting point of the order, regardless of his position in the queue. To prevent drivers from standing for a long time waiting for orders, you can limit the waiting time by setting "Maximum order waiting time". If the driver is registered at the parking lot and waits longer than specified in the setting - the order will be given to him, even if he is further from the address of the order than other drivers.
If the setting is inactive, orders are passed to drivers on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of how far away the driver is from the pick-up address.
The maximum time the driver will have to wait for the order in the registered region, and the orders will not be transferred to him, if there are drivers closer to the address of the order. If the driver has registered at the region and his/her waiting time exceeds the time specified in the setting, a new order will be transferred to him.
The value is used if the "Select closest driver" setting is enabled.
The driver for the incoming order will be searched for within the radius specified in this setting from the starting point of the order. The value is set in meters.
It is possible to specify several values separated by commas. Then the search for the nearest driver will be carried out step by step. You should specify the values in ascending order. If no suitable driver was found in the first radius, the search will be performed for a larger radius.

If the setting is active, when the driver opens the list of unassigned orders of a certain region, he/she will see in the list the orders of other regions as well. Orders from the selected regions will be displayed first, followed by other orders. This will allow drivers to see orders related to other districts, but located close to them, or matching them by other parameters.
If the setting is not active, the driver will only see the orders of the region whose list he/she opens. To see the orders of other regions, you will need to open the list of unassigned orders of each of these regions.
Direct orders are orders that come directly to the driver, without the participation of the dispatcher.
To keep track of such orders, you need to enable the "Enable self-service orders" setting in the server settings of the "Mobile terminals" section of the admin panel.
The header specified in the current setting is displayed in the driver's terminal, as well as in the order lists (in the logs, in the dispatcher, etc.), instead of the address of the starting point (the "From" field). And allows you to distinguish direct orders.
When the driver takes the order and puts the arrival time - the client receives a notification with the information about the car and the time of its arrival. At this point, the order is confirmed and the driver's terminal starts counting down the time specified as the arrival time of the driver to the client.
If notifications are disabled, you can use this setting. In this case, the order is confirmed as soon as the driver sets the pick-up time, and the timer starts counting down.
If the setting is enabled, unassigned orders can only be taken by drivers who are registered at any parking region. If you try to take an order by a driver who is not registered at any parking region, the driver will receive an error. Dispatchers will also not be able to assign an unaaigned order to the driver if he/she is not registered.
If the setting is not enabled, unassigned orders can be taken and assigned without registering the driver at the parking region.
If the setting is enabled, dispatchers will be able to assign drivers to the order manually. In order to be able to assign a driver, the driver must be active and not on the order. When assigning a driver to an order, you must specify his call sign and the driver's arrival time to the customer. Arrival time will be transmitted to the customer in the cab ordering app or by sms.
The dispatcher will not be able to assign a driver if the "Unassigned only to registered drivers" setting is enabled and the driver is not registered at any parking region.
If the setting is not enabled, the dispatcher will only be able to manually assign drivers to radios.
With this setting active, all actions on orders will be written to the log. Order log entries can be found in the admin panel under Logs -> Order Log Entries.
All information concerning the orders is recorded in the logbook. For example, the time when the driver requested the order, took the order to work and completed, information about the tariff, bonus charges, etc.
To find the data you want, you can filter the list of entries by order, time, or log message text.
The value is shown in minutes. After the time specified in the setting, if none of drivers take orders, it is marked with the status "Failed". In the dispatcher's office such orders are highlighted in red to attract the dispatcher's attention.
If the setting is enabled, the first unassigned order from that area will be sent to the driver when he/she registers in the parking region. If there are no unassigned orders, the driver will just be registered in the parking region. But when a new order arrives, it will be given to the registered driver.
The setting includes sending the driver information about the acceptance time of the order.
The acceptance time will be displayed in the driver's terminal in the list of available orders.
The setting includes the need for the dispatcher to confirm the completion of orders.
After the driver completes the order, the order will remain in the dispatcher's list with the status "Waiting to close". To complete the order completely, the dispatcher needs to close it manually using the "Complete Order" option.
When the setting is disabled, orders are closed automatically, immediately after completion by the driver.
When you create an order for the destination addresses, the parking region to which they belong must be defined. Addresses can be set manually in the administration panel in the "Addresses" section.
If the setting is active, but you do not know which region the address belongs to, the system will try to determine the parking region by address coordinates and district boundaries.
The "Detect Parking Region by Coordinate" setting allows you to calculate a region for an address by its coordinates, analyzing the grants of regions. The region will try to calculate each time an unknown address is encountered in the orders.
If the current setting is active, the calculated address reference to the area will be written to the database. And the next time you specify this address, you will not need to recalculate the area.
If the setting is active, when a new order appears in the driver's terminal, the parking region is highlighted in blue for a short period of time. This occurs when the order appears, and then the order can be transferred to the driver in the queue or placed on the unassigned list.
Notifications help drivers keep track of how often new orders appear.
Orders are transferred between the queues according to the settings of the order transfer rules (Services -> Order transfer rules). If the setting is active, notifications about new orders are seen not only by drivers from the order queue, but also by drivers from the queues to which the order can be transferred according to the transfer rules.
If the setting is not active, notifications will only be seen by drivers whose main queue matches the order queue.
Confirmation of the "On-site" status takes place when the client is informed of the driver's arrival. If the client is informed automatically (cab order app, SMS notifications), activate this setting. Then the customer waiting timer will start immediately after the driver presses the "On-site" button in the terminal.
If informing customers is not automatic (by calling the dispatcher), then the timer will start after the order in the control room will be set to "Notified of the arrival of the car.
If the setting is enabled, orders with bonuses will not be transferred to other queues even if order transfer is configured between the queues (Services -> Order Transfer Rules).
Orders with bonuses are orders in which customers used bonuses instead of part of the cost.
If the "Allow to assign driver" setting is active, the dispatcher can assign a driver to the order (in the context menu of the order item "Set driver"). In this case, if the driver does not receive the order or does not react in time to the order and does not take it to work, the order will be passed to the next driver in the queue.
This setting allows you to assign a driver to the order. In this case, it will not be transferred to the next driver.
The driver can view lists of unassigned orders in all areas at any time.
With this setting you can restrict the ability to view unassigned orders to drivers who are not registered on any parking region. If you try to view the list of unassigned orders, the driver will receive a message informing him that this is only available to registered drivers.
Customers can use bonuses as a discount on the cost of the order. If the setting is active, drivers in the list of free orders will see the size of the client's discount.
If the setting is active, the driver will only see the full cost of the order.
To execute orders, the nearest drivers to the order address are searched for (the search radius for orders is set in the "Search radius for orders" setting). Search is performed among the drivers registered at the parking region.
You can expand the search list by enabling this setting. In this case the search will be performed among all connected drivers, even if they are not registered at any parking region.
Completed orders are available to all dispatchers and are displayed in the "Completed orders" tab in the web version of the dispatcher and in the "Completed" tab in the desktop version of the dispatcher. The dispatcher can view completed orders by applying various filters to them. For example, you can view only your orders for a week or all orders for a certain period.
The setting allows you to prevent dispatchers from viewing the list of completed orders. The setting will hide the tab in the control room.
Orders in the unassigned list are displayed in the order in which they are received from customers. The earlier the order is received, the higher in the list it will be displayed. If necessary, you can invert the order list. Then those orders that have been received recently will be displayed at the top of the list.
Customer priorities can be configured in the admin panel in the server settings. Customer priority is affected by various parameters (average cost of the order, number of orders, method of order placement, customer's birthday, etc.). To ensure the fulfillment of orders from priority customers, you can configure sorting according to priority. Then higher-priority orders will be displayed at the top of the list of free orders.
The driver can refuse the order (if the "Allow to refuse" setting is active) or ignore the incoming order. In these situations he/she will be blocked for the period specified in the "blocking time" setting. If this setting is active, the driver will be moved to the end of the queue instead of being blocked.
When the order arrives, it will be offered to drivers registered at the parking region, in the order of their turn. If no driver takes the order, it will go to the "unassigned" status. The setting allows you to limit the number drivers. When this number is reached, the order will be moved to the "unassigned" status and any driver can take it.
The setting does not limit the length of the queue on the parking region, i.e. more drivers can get in line than specified in the setting. Simply, the order will not be offered to them personally, but will be available in the list of unassigned at the same time for all drivers.
If the restriction is not necessary, specify a value.
The setting allows you to limit the number of orders that will be displayed in the driver's terminal in the list of unassigned orders.
This is especially relevant if the "Send all unassigned" setting is active.
When you receive an order with the fare of 0, the driver's terminal will run a taximeter. And the fare of the order will be calculated by it, according to the tariff. If the zero value of the orders is allowed (for example, in the case of a 100% discount), enable this setting.
The search for a available driver for an incoming order is performed within a certain radius from the order address. The radius is set in the "Driver search radius" setting.
If the setting is active, the driver will be blocked when the order is cancelled, even if the order came from a different parking region than the one where he is registered.
The dispatcher can cancel an order at any time (via the order context menu), regardless of its current status. The setting allows you to limit the ability to cancel an order if it is in the "In progress" status and it has a non-zero mileage.
If there is no mileage on the order, the dispatcher will be able to cancel the order in the "In progress" status, even if the setting is enabled.
