1. The average fare amount and the total number of orders will be counted from the moment the setting of priority clients is enabled;
2. Customer priorities are always dynamic and are calculated precisely at the moment of contacting the customer: viewing the customer priority in the SCAT administrator panel, at incoming call (from a tenth, for example 0.1) or when creating an order in the dispatcher room in the order card.

This instruction will give a simple example, where the weight of the customer by order density and the average check for the last 30 days will be taken into account.
A more complex system of priority clients will need to be sorted out individually for each client when contacting SCAT support.
Select "Advanced Setup" to be able to specify the period of accounting for orders.
Let's not complicate things, we will use the "Linear" function. The greater the average check for the designated period, the proportionally greater the weight of the client.
Let's specify the minimum and target threshold of the average fare amount to indicate the importance of the client. For example, from 0 to $30.
Denotes the coefficient of the average fare amount to determine the importance of the client, let's say 50%, that is, let's specify.

It is the priority levels that will somehow colour the priority clients with one or another value of the client's weight.
In the admin panel, SCAT > Clients > Customer Priority levels

Click "Add client priority". Here we will indicate the "Maximum" and "Minimum" priority (weight), which will color the client. For example, from 0.8 to 1.0.
Specify the colors of the "text" and "background" and add a "Description"
The driver's bonuses will be indicated 0,since it is not considered in the current example.

I slightly simplified my task in these screenshots in order not to create 50 orders, reduced the minimum client weight for the "Priority Client" status to 0.6
