⚠️ Please note!
**You cannot restrict a user from a particular service in the same city where that user may work.
We recommend that you do not delete or change the username of the admin user.
¶ Super User
If the administrator has another manager that he trusts, you can create another administrator with all the rights in Delive admin panel
¶ How to Create a Superuser
Delive Admin Panel > Settings > Users
- Fill in the login and password, under these data he will log in;
- Fill in the last name and first name of the user;
- Specify the cities where he can work;
- Check the box Full access;
- Save.
¶ Users with Restricted Admin Rights
If the dispatchers need to add money to the balance, you can create a separate user for each of them only to add money to the balace (and fines, including).
¶ How to create a user with restricted rights
Delive Admin Panel > Settings > Users
- Fill in the username and password
- Fill in the name and surname of the user;
- Specify the cities where he can work;
- The Full access checkbox must be unchecked;
- In the Access section we put the checkbox "Payments" we need;
- Save
¶ Managers
⚠️ Please note!
**Managers can only work in those order queues and services where they have admin rights.
Example #1: The managers can only update vehicle class
Example #2: The manager can edit the Comfort Calculation Group only.
¶ How to add a specific service manager
Delive Admin Panel > Clients > Managers
Here you may enter Services, Order Queues, login and password for the new manager.

¶ Corporate Account
You can provide the corporate clients with the ability to view orders made through it, as well as change the corporate balance.
¶ How to Activate Corporate Account
To do this, enable Web-access in the corporate account tab:
